PROCUREMENT ASSISTANT
Dynamically growing lighting scale-up company is looking for a Procurement Assistant who will be responsible for the implementation of administrative processes and analysis of data related to procurement.

TASKS:
- Perform general procurement administration tasks, including the necessary data entry into the ERP system and related document management tasks.
- Administration of contracts and invoices, monitoring of specifications and commitments and the organisation and documentation of this data.
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure efficient procurement and invoicing processes.
- Analysing supplier terms and conditions and data and preparing weekly or monthly reports for managers.
- Perform product cost analysis, plan-fact comparisons.
- Coordinate with other members of the finance and business team.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least secondary education
- Minimum level of English
- Strong knowledge of Excel and other MS Office applications
- Confident team player, good communication skills, effective problem solver
- Results-oriented and committed to continuous improvement
